Warranty Program Options
Your notebook has been designed to give you years of reliable service. Plus, its modular design lends itself to customer upgrades, which means you'll be contentedly using your notebook for years to come. If your unit needs repair during the Standard Warranty period, GammaTech's goal is to turnaround the repair of your notebook in 48 hours once the unit has been received.
Some customers have asked that we provide further peace of mind by offering program options to our Standard Warranty Program. By choosing to purchase the optional "ExpressRed" Program, you will be afforded free overnight shipping to and from GammaTech if your notebook needs repair during the warranty period. By choosing to purchase an extended warranty, you will lengthen the limited warranty to cover the parts and labor cost associated with repair to your notebook. You must purchase any optional warranty program coverage within 90 days of your original system purchase. Upon purchasing a Warranty Program Option, GammaTech will mail to you or your reseller a Limited Extended Warranty certificate for your records.
If the unit must be returned to GammaTech for service, please contact your dealer or GammaTech for assistance. Detailed instructions for the return of the unit will be given to you. The customer is responsible for the shipping charge incurred for the return of the system to GammaTech. GammaTech will pay and match the shipping method (up to 2nd day delivery) used by the customer for the return of the product (w/ ExpressRed GammaTech pays overnight shipping charges in both directions).
