I am delighted with Durabook’s customer support. I emailed Durabook’s customer support and was pleasantly surprised to get a quick call back. It turns out that Windows was trying to manage a peripheral connection automatically, so once we disabled that functionality, it has worked very well. Windows also doesn’t seem to sense when I am running without the keyboard attached, I run in tablet mode all the time now, and I have no problems. The Durabook U11 is much faster than my iPad and I have no compatibility problems with the applications I need to get my job done.
