We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Territory Sales Manager to lead partner engagement and revenue growth across the Central and West Coast regions. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and owning your business, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Durabook in your region by cultivating strategic partnerships, driving sales, and delivering value to customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners aligned with our growth strategy
- Sales Strategy: Build and execute a territory business plan targeting key verticals and partners
- Value Communication: Deliver compelling sales and technical presentations to partners and end users
- Pipeline Ownership: Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline 4x your revenue target
- Customer Engagement: Conduct joint sales calls, close deals, and support end users directly when needed
- Market Feedback: Channel insights from the field to our product and engineering teams
- Program Execution: Launch and manage partner marketing initiatives including demos, incentives, contests, and events
- Travel Smart: Represent Durabook at conferences and partner events while managing expenses responsibly
What You Bring
We’re looking for a high-energy sales professional who’s ready to take ownership and grow with us:
- 3–5 years in partner/channel sales, preferably in tech, mobility, or rugged computing
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with tactical execution ability
- Strong interpersonal and networking capabilities
- Resides within the West Coast territory and willing to travel extensively
